So what does the question “Why don’t you believe in God?” really mean. I think when someone asks that they are really questioning their own belief. In a way they are asking “what makes you so special? “How come you weren’t brainwashed with the rest of us?” “How dare you say I’m a fool and I’m not going to heaven, f— you!” Let’s be honest, if one person believed in God he would be considered pretty strange. But because it’s a very popular view it’s accepted. And why is it such a popular view? That’s obvious. It’s an attractive proposition. Believe in me and live forever.

I just thought of something…
With the whole issue of Noah’s Ark, which is a ridiculous story to begin with, one argument that always comes up is how did koalas, kangaroos, pandas, etc…get on? Well, more importantly, I think, is a totally different question. What about the fish? “The world was flooded! The fish were fine!” Well…no…There are freshwater AND saltwater fish, and neither one can live in the other source of water. If the /whole/ world was really flooded, that would make all of the water saltwater. what happened to all the minnows, bass and other freshwater fish? They certainly wouldn’t have lived, and they CERTAINLY didn’t walk out of the water to the ark, so what about them? Or since it was all rain, maybe it was freshwater, not saltwater, same question about the salt water fish…Where did they stay? And don’t give me some cheap argument that the two balanced out…That’s crap. ALL the fish would have died then, so if that story is true, how do we even have fish? Hint: the bible is a load of crap! Now, for people who think of that story as more of a fable(which actually IS an argument I have heard), one must ask…what else is fable and what is not?
